Volume 83: Me Is Cooler Than Phillippe.
Quoi d9??
What's up everyone! This week was hectic wow. We went to Quebec city this week for an exchange with the Zone Leaders, then we had zone conference! Overall it was a good time and I was able to learn a lot of new things! I was able to see a lot of familiar faces as well! It's just always a vibe! Living in Quebec for a few days was so fun! I have never really been able to serve in a big area, so it was super cool to see all the traffic, all the people, and all the good food too! I tried shawarma for the first time to, and it was so good! I will definitely be going back there one day!
The other thing that we did this week a lot was our English classes. The people that come are so fun and we have a hoot every week. They are all really wanting to learn so much and they really try their best! But sometimes they make lots of mistakes, and it's the best cause everyone makes fun of our French... it's now a little flip flop. We played a game where they had to compare two things, and instead of saying "I'm cooler than Phillippe", they said "Me cooler than Phillippe." We started dying, and no one knew why, so we had the opportunity to explain why it was wrong. Good memories.
Today we got a call from the other Elders in Chicoutimi and they informed us that they were on the side of the road because they ran out of gas. What the heck. It was pretty funny, but now we had to find a gerry can so that we could drive 40 minutes to see them. Luckily Victorian came in cluch and he had some available for us to take so we were off. Once we got it to them, we decided to treat ourselves, so we went to Boston Pizza. I love that pizza, especially the perogie. So overall it was a good day, and a good week.
This week we will be going to Drummondville for a conference! Four hour road trip here we come! I'm excited to see more missionaries and learn more about the gospel!
Well that's really all I got, until next week!
