Volume 51: Stupid Shed

Hi guys,

This week was honestly a blur, I don't even remember what happened so this is probably not gonna be too interesting for y'all. But I will try my best. We just found moldy potatos so that's interesting.

Here are some random things of the week:

1. Moldy potatos

2. Honey Mustard Pringles which are sooo good, and would recommend

3. Sorted through costumes at a thrift store and ya there are weird things

4. Started the McDonald's monopoly thing

5. Haircut

6. Ate 2 poutines

7. Tried to post something on Instagram

8. Texted a lot of people

9. Someone gave us 2 phat cucumbers

10. Cleaned up rotting tomatos

11. Built the most complicated shed ever

12. District council

13. Saw some goats

14. Got fresh honey from a member

15. After my Poutine was done I had 5 big curds left so I took them home and ate them the next day. Best decision ever.

16. Almost hit a cat

17. I wore air monarchs...

18. Echanges

19. Church and 2 baptisms

20. Sang some good songs in the car

21. I translated in church lol

There ya go.

Echanges were super fun, I went with the DL who is 3 weeks new to French since he came from California. We have been out the same time so it was super fun! He's a talker and I'm a listener so we got along fine. I know lots of him now. We had a cool experience when we were looking for a house of a less active member, and we couldn't find it. We were looking for like 10 minutes, and then we were about to leave when all of a sudden we looked up and saw some walking towards our direction. Luckily there was a photo of him that we saw before and we were able to recognize him. He litterly popped up out of no where I think he teleported. So we taught him a great lesson and found out he was leaving the next day, thank you to Heavenly Father!

So ya the shed. It was literally so complicated and it had been sitting outside for 2 years... it was a little rusty but we did it. Luckily it was a member service project so we had a bunch of people there, but it took 4 hours still, and it was freezing. They should just make sheds come as they are. I mean already built idk or just less French instructions. But helping people is fun, and it was a non member so double good. That's when we saw the goats and chickens and geese and stuff.

This has been something I've been thinking about lately, it's very important. Y'all should do it! Stretch yourself in life and it will always be for the better! You will see growth!
